Dr. Krings is an optometrist who provides comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, pre- surgical and post-surgical care. She also treats and manages ocular diseases including glaucoma and macular degeneration. Dr. Krings provides urgent eye care including infections, injuries, and foreign body removal.
A native of rural Humphrey, Dr. Krings received her Bachelor of Science degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Dr. Krings received her doctorate of optometry degree, from the University Of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. Because of her academic achievements she is a member of the prestigious Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Society. After receiving her doctorate Dr. Krings and her husband returned to Nebraska. Dr. Krings has been practicing optometry in Columbus since 1996. She proudly joined Eye Physicians in 2020. Dr. Krings prides herself in providing high quality patient care and building close relationships with her patients.
Dr. Krings is licensed to practice optometry by the state examining boards of Nebraska and Montana. She is a member of both the Nebraska Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Krings and her husband Russ enjoy spending time together, they enjoy the outdoors especially going on hunting and fishing adventures.
